Phoebe reading at 13 months

Phoebe can now read and sign (or gesture) about 20 words. She can read and sign words like "baby", "milk", "eat", and read and gesture words like "face", "finger", "hair", "ears", "nose", "toes", "belly button", "shoulders". When not distracted or not "simply ignoring the adults", she can read and sign/gesture up to 7 to 10 words in a row, randomly. Recently, she learned to say "up" pretty clearly, and papa took his video camera out to record her progress. The challenge was to record without distracting her. She got distracted after three words... Oh well! That's not bad though, for a baby who finds the video camera captivating.
